Equal treatment for men and women

An active policy for equal treatment cannot be disregarded by an enterprise focused on the needs of clients. Our enterprise has committed to eradicating all disadvantages on gender reasons and promote women,. Women and men equally and the enterprise itself shall win as a result of this principle. All these will apply to all the people that concluded a contractual relationship with us, but also to those who apply for committing to such a relationship.

In drawing up our documents, we drop any gender related mention, such as the woman-worker etc. This is not gender based discrimination, because these formula are aimed exclusively for facilitating understanding and readability.

Principles of our management system

1. General principles

Our main goal is to have satisfied employees and clients, in a clean environment which guarantees long-term stability and generates added-value. In order to reach this goal and others, we apply all the enumerated principles, starting with the second, as essential guidelines of our extensive management system.

Irrespective of the perspective, we apply the following methods in the enforcement of all principles:


  • investigation and fulfillment of legal requirements and authority orders, of all the requirements addressed to our organization
  • professional training for our motivated and innovative employees, so that all requirements are fulfilled correctly, timely and professionally
  • the use of adequate technologies corresponding to technical standards and legal requirements related to enterprise, procedures and machinery;
  • selection of appropriate and, if possible, regional suppliers, in line with our standards
  • continous documentation, control and improvement of all company processes. For this purpose, we define periodical goals, control their fulfillment and initiate correction measures in case of deviations.
  • training of all personnel, in order to transfer and implement this business policy in all fields and at all business levels.

The healty and safety of our employees, clients and partners are our first preoccupations.

We ensure health and safety specially through:


  • strengthening of professional training and control of our employees;
  • systematic assessment of workplace hazards
  • active integration of our employees in the local organizational structures of our clients

  • the use of vehicles generating small levels of polluting substances
  • optimisation ot the reccicling process
