1. Content of the online offer

In case of direct or indirect references to other web pages (Hyperlinks) which are outside the author’s domain of responsibility, the author’s responsibility shall be enforceable only if he knows their contents and it is deemed technically and acceptably possible to prevent the use of such inappropriate contents.

The company reserves the right to resort to legal measures against those who breach the interdiction sending “spam emails”.
5. Legal validity of the exemption from liability
This exemption from liability shall be considered an integral part of the internet offer referred to in this page. Should parts or certain words not totally or partially match future conditions, will the content and validity of the other parts of the document stay unaffected.
